Communication was excellent through the entire process, and trust me I wasn't easy to deal  with - as i was constantly texting Jose questions and scenarios and just throwing everything at him. Jose was able to get us an above ask price offer within 36 hours of listing our home - unfortunately about 1.5 weeks prior to close, we lost our buyer. Jose was immediately on it and actually found our next buyer, again above list price and within 48 hours of our house going back on the market. The process went without a single hitch and we just closed and everything was PHENOMENAL. Even though Jose didn't represent the buyer, he still was the one to make the buyer aware of the home's re-listing and get that offer to us timely. I would use Jose again in a heartbeat - he was absolutely easy to work with! He's an area expert in West Roseville/Fiddyment Farms and the reason we went with him? He'd sold so many homes on our street previously and we'd met him before and he always did a great job getting top dollar for the seller!!
